In 2007, Landmark acquired a potfolio of 13 shops in a sale-lease back transaction with Alexandra Video Club, which currently operates 261 shops nationwide. The shops tend to be located in densely populated residential areas, functioning as a local Blockbuster video rental and convenience stores. The lease agreements are ten year, unbrekable.

The portfolio comprises a total of 3,681 sqm built-up area, with shop size varying between 70 sqm and 1300 sqm but are generally in the 100-300 sqm range. located in major Bulgarian Cities – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Blagoevgrad, and Nessebar.
