The
Landmark Centre Sofia, Bulgaria:
In 2005, Landmark acquired a prime office building in the
heart of the capital city of Bulgaria. Constructed in 2003
this 10,000sqm building represents a 7-story purpose-built
development, which incorporates retail stores and bank saloon
at the ground level plus two lower-ground floors.
The building is situated on one of the most prestigious boulevards
“Tsar Osvoboditel”. The location benefits from
good public transportation. A new subway station is planned
in close proximity, in the nearby park area, located to the
west of the property.
Internally,
the building offers high quality open space office accommodation
of varying sizes. The specification includes raised access
flooring, low glare fluorescent strip lighting plus four-pipe
fan-coil air conditioning and disabled toilet facilities.
The 2 lower ground floors offer 88 car parking spaces, access
to which is taken from a ramp to the west of the front elevation.
The accommodation is completed by a small garden/concrete-paved
courtyard to the rear of the building.
The main tenant of the building is Bulgarian Post Bank. Other
major tenants are CMS Cameron McKenna, Deutsche Bank, EVN.
