Landmark Centre , Varna, Bulgaria:
The Landmark Centre Varna is located in the city centre of Varna and fronts onto to the north east side of the busy Slivnitsa St. The area is popular with locals and tourists as there are several parks and local amenities in the immediate area such as shops, cafes and restaurants. To the North West of the Landmark centre, and on the same block, are two other developments coming onto the market in the first half of 2008 and end of 2008 respectively.

The Landmark Centre development site will be a large and imposing building right in the centre of Varna. The location should be considered a prime in the Varna city centre.

The proposed redevelopment works will replicate the listed old façade and preserve the internal high ceilings, a feature of the building’s original plan. An area of high quality retail space on the ground floor and modern specification office space on the upper floors will be created.

The old military hospital property has been demolished and currently the groundwork is in progress of being built. The proposed 6,300 sq.m. development will comprise retail units on the ground floor with 5 floors of offices above. The building will have 4 pipe HVAC system, full BMS, generator, three elevators in the middle of the structure with access to all floors. The 2 levels of underground car parking will provide 72 car parking spaces.

On the outside, the rear area will provide a small enclosed outer space and entrance point for the office staff employed in the building. The proposed allocation of space will be 4 units of ground floor retail, possible 24 office units. The completion is scheduled for the end of 2008.
