Henry
Gwyn-Jones is managing director of Landmark Property Management
SA. Henry founded Landmark in April 2005 and has over 20 years
of property investment and management experience. Henry has
been investing in the Central European property market since
2002 when he acquired the Interhotel Grand Hotel Sofia AD,
operated by Radisson SAS. Between 1997 and 2005, Henry was
managing director of Gort Securities Limited, a property management
company in the United Kingdom, which he founded in 1997. While
retaining the overseas portfolio of Gort Securities, he sold
the UK portfolio of 250,000 sqm with a value in excess of
GBP115 million in September 2005. Prior to Gort, he was joint
managing director of Roxylight Ltd, a residential property
company from 1993 to 1997, with a deal flow of residential
property developments in excess of £100 million. He
is a shareholder in Sigma Capital, the first leisure and tourism
fund in Bulgaria which developed 3,000 beds in 4 and 5 star
hotels on the Black Sea Coast including the largest 5 star
