The contract for the second phase, the environmental remediation of the land, has been awarded to a specialist Croatian company, Colligo. Estimated at two years, the operation commenced in June 2010. Any valuable by-product of the remediation works will be marketed by our appointed metal brokers, Cometra. www.cometra.com.mt
