In April 2006, Landmark invested in Citygreen Holdings, a developer of exclusive villas for the holiday rental market in Croatia.

The villas are located on the Istrian peninsular in north west Croatia, an area of outstanding natural beauty which is attracting strong interest from tourists.

Citygreen is developing a portfolio of exclusive traditional stone villas for the holiday rental market with a 4 star categorisation from the Croatian Tourism Board. On average, each villa is about 200 sqm in size with 3-4 bedrooms and each has a swimming pool and garden. Most villas have sea views others are located in rural settings. The villas are all located within a 10 km range of the historic port of Porec on the Adriatic Sea.
